The Project Planning and Highway Design Divisions have developed a cost estimate program to assist in the development of construction cost estimates, especially for Consolidated Transportation Program (CTP) project cost updates. This program was created in Visual Basic and has three different install files that must be run to operate correctly. Please read HCEInstall directions to properly install. Included in the PKZip file is also a Cost Estimation Guide and 8 worksheets to assist in the preparation of a cost estimate. This is the updated version that will be used for the CTP cost estimates for 2007. Please note that this zip file is 13 MB.
