Employer-Employee Relations Division Responsible for managing all employer/employee relations services for SHA including employee discipline, grievances, and substance abuse testing.
Operations and Facility Services Division Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the 707 and 211 buildings, oversees operation of the SHA's Print Shop, Central Supply, and provides for the pick up and distribution of U.S. and inter/intra agency mail.
Career Leadership Development Division Coordinate (with the Recruitment and Examination Division) all aspects of SHA's annual recruitment drive for civil engineers. Key projects include coordination of MD's Transportation & Civil Engineering Program (TRAC) and the Graduate Engineers Training Program (GETP).
Recruitment and Examination Division Responsible for developing tests, recruiting, examining and certifying applicants for employment/promotional opportunities within SHA.
Medical Services Responsible for providing a wide array of services in the management of cases that encompass sick leave, work injury leave, modified duty (light duty), and physical/psychological disabilities.
