After downloading the file, save the catalog file either under C:\Estimator or C:\Estimator\Catalogs folder. It depends on, where the current catalog is located. The current catalog file should be overwritten by the new catalog file which is downloaded. Once you open Estimator, the software will automatically point to this file. There's no need to import this file into the software as you did with the 1.8a version.
