The Project Planning and Highway Design Divisions have developed a cost estimate program to assist in the development of construction cost estimates, especially for Consolidated Transportation Program (CTP) project cost updates. This program was created in Visual Basic and has three different install files that must be run to operate correctly. Please read the HCEInstall directions to properly install the program on a user's computer. Included in the downloads PKZip file is also a Cost Estimation Guide and 10 worksheets to assist in the preparation of a cost estimate. This is the version that will be used for the CTP cost estimates for 2005. Please note that this zip file is 26MB.
