Objective 2.5: ADA Compliance
Increase the amount of SHA's sidewalk system that is Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant by two (2) percent annually.
Objective 6.5B: Stakeholders Satisfaction - ADA
Beginning July 2008 and annually thereafter, attain a stakeholder satisfaction average rating of 3 "satisfied" on a 4 point scale from SHA stakeholders on how well SHA captures customer priorities and expectations about SHA projects and services.
