Description: Safety and resurfacing of a portion of MD Route 65.           
Beginning at MD 68 and extending in a Northerly direction to IS           
70 for a total distance  3.50  miles.  The work will consist of           
the following: Gore  Area Retrofit (MD  65 Ramp From IS 70), Full           
Depth  Patching, Carbide Grinding, Resurfacing, New Drainage           
Structures, Traffic Barrier Upgrades, Pavement Marking           
Modifications, New Signing.           
           
Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bidding session will not be held for this           
project.           
           
           
Plans may be purchased from the Cashier's Office 211 East Madison           
Street, Baltimore, Maryland  21202 (410-545-8490).  When material is           
mailed an additional 10% will be charged for mailing and handling.
