70, both westbound and eastbound.           
                
Pre-Bid Conference:      There will be a pre-bidding session           
                    conducted for this project at 9AM Friday, May 12,           
2006, in the 211 Building Training Room 2.

additional 10% will be charged for mailing and handling.
