Q 1.    This RFI is in regards to the native seed mix quantities            
for the above mentioned project.  On the LD drawings            
(Landscape Plan Drawings) it gives most of the native seed            
mix quantities in SF, but on LD 03 there is also a quantity            
given in SY.  I believe this SY is a typo because if it is            
summed as a SF quantity with all of the others you get the            
total 193,764 SF quantity for native seed mix given on LD 10           
of 10.  Based on the scale, it also seems that it should be            
in SF.  However, the specs/schedule of prices (item #7039) calls           
for the native seed mix to be priced by the square yard unit            
based on a quantity of 194,000 SY. Should it be priced by the SF            
based on 194,000 SF, or should it be priced by the square yard            
based on the corresponding quantity of 21,556 SY?           
           
           
A 1.  Item 7039 should be priced by the square foot.  This has           
been corrected by addendum 2.           
           
           
Q 2.  On page 178 of the proposal book, there is a spec           
for Riprap Slop and Channel Protection using River Jack Rock            
and suppliers are given.  What item, if any, does this spec            
apply? There is no item for Riprap Slope and Channel Protection.            
Please clarify.           
           
A 2. The specification in page 178 has been deleted from the           
contract via addendum 2.           
           
                                           
   Before submitting your bid, please remove any existing           
Invitation for Bids pages that have been replaced by this           
Addendum No. 2 and insert the revised Invitation for Bids pages           
in their proper sequence.  Please attach this Addendum letter           
to the front cover of your Invitation for Bids booklet prior to
