The attention of prospective bidders is directed to the
following revisions, additions and/or deletions to the
Invitation for Bids booklet and plans.
Please remove the pages that are revised from the Invitation
for Bids Book and Plans, and insert the revised pages that
are included in this Addendum. The removed pages are hereby
voided. Attach this Addendum to the front cover of Invitation
