A. The 20ft of guard rail that is being removed and disposed of will not be replaced in the proposed project; therefore it will not be necessary to add an additional 20ft to the guardrail quantity. |

A. The 30" CMP is regulated Waters of the US and is not to be disturbed under this contract. The contractor will need to utilize equipment that can avoid environmental impacts outside of the specified LOD. |
