Q. What if you can do the project for less than the stipulated sum? |

A. The Stipulated Sum is considered a fixed price not to be changed. The RFP will be rated to determine the best overall value for the Administration and the citizens of Maryland for the stipulated sum. D-B Teams may submit Proposals which add additional value to the project but do not change the stipulated sum. |
