Located southwest of Baltimore City in Baltimore County, Maryland, the portion of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) between I-95 and MD 144 (Frederick Road) is an integral part of the interstate roadway system in Baltimore County. The mandate to maintain a safe and efficient highway system has driven the need for improvements at this location.
