23. The bridge on Maryland Route 231 over Gilbert Creek in Charles County, Maryland was presented with the 1994 Special Recognition Award from the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute.
24. The Booth's Mill Bridge on Maryland Route 68 over Antietam Creek in Washington County, Maryland was presented with three awards: the 1995 Excellence in Concrete Award from the American Concrete Institute - Maryland Chapter, the 1995 Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award from the American Society Of Civil Engineers - Maryland Chapter and the 1996 Biennial Award of Merit, Excellence in Highway Design - Historic Preservation from the Federal Highway Administration.
25. The bridge replacement on Maryland Route 161 over Deer Creek in Harford County, Maryland was given the 1996 Biennial Award of Merit, Excellence in Highway Design - Major Structure under $10 Million from the Federal Highway Administration.
