  • We also offer participation in the Graduate Engineer Training Program (GETP) which involves a dozen or so modules of 1 day to 1-week duration to introduce you to all the offices at SHA, technical training and managerial modules. It also includes a 6-month mandatory construction inspection rotation and the potential for 1 or 2 additional rotations elsewhere within SHA
