Office of Administration
Employer-Employee Relations Division Responsible for managing all employer/employee relations services for SHA including employee discipline, grievances, and substance abuse testing.
Management Services Division Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the 707 and 211 buildings, oversees operation of the SHAs Print Shop, Central Supply, and provides for the pick up and distribution of U.S. and inter/intra agency mail.
Quality Advancement Division Coordinate (with the Recruitment and Examination Division) all aspects of SHAs annual recruitment drive for civil engineers. Key projects include coordination of MDs Transportation & Civil Engineering Program (TRAC) and the Graduate Engineers Training Program (GETP).
Quality Resources Division Provides services and resources to SHA in the area of training, faciliation, consultation and business planning to ensure that all employees and managers have the necessary tools and guidance to integrate Continuous Quality Improvement principles and practices into their day-to-day jobs.
Recruitment and Examination Division Responsible for developing tests, recruiting, examining and certifying applicants for employment/promotional opportunities within SHA.
Wellness & Sick Leave Management Responsible for providing a wide array of services in the management of cases that encompass sick leave, work injury leave, modified duty (light duty), and physical/psychological disabilities.
