The CID Training Program emphasizes practical, hands-on training that can benefit our employees in many ways. Our courses are unique because many are designed and taught by our own field experts. Our instructors combine their knowledge and hands-on experience to provide practical information directly to the participants.
Customer demand and the newly evolved Journeyman criteria are the driving forces behind the development of courses. Each seminar includes all materials and a certificate of completion. CID provides a central location by utilizing the Construction Training Academy in Brooklandville. However, we also offer courses at satellite locations to benefit the employees working in those areas.
A training course presented by field/SHA instructors, taught at our facilities, to assist our employees in achieving NICET and SHA Certifications, and scheduled on demand is the ultimate in customized training. Clear training objectives and learning transfer are keys to productive training. These are the goals of the CID Training Team.
