Recent Updates

To address input received during the SCEA training sessions held in the winter and spring of 2000, SHA has revised portions of its SCEA Guidelines.

SCEA Guidelines have been updated.

• SCEA Guidelines now only applicable to EAs and EISs.
• NoBuild scenario will be used for baseline purposes although it does not have to be documented within the SCEA writeup.

Complete review materials from all Modules have been added to the web site.

FAQs from all of the sessions have been added to the web site.
